Formmative and Summative Assessment

Formative and Summative assessment are two types of assessment in the classrrom. In each single assessment exist a goal, Formative assessment's goal is to monitor the students learning process in order to provide feedback and improve students' learning, Summative assessment's goal is to evaluate students' learning at the end of a course in order to give students their results as a grade.
I left you the next video where are the explanations of formative and summative assessment, examples, advantages and disadvantages also the similarities and differences.

In conclusion Formative assessment is happening in every single activity to help student to improve and summative assessment is effective with the help of the Summative assessment to give specific and complete grades.

  1. You wrote "I left you the next video" and it is clear that there is a interference of your target langauge. So, you must be careful. Maybe you should change it for something like "In my next video" or "In the following video".

Maybe insted of "where are the explanations of formative and summative assessment" you could use something like. "In which formative and summative assessment are explained".

And also somenthing like "I also include examples, advantages, disadvantages as well as similarities and differences". Instead of "examples, advantages and disadvantages also the similarities and differences"

Instead of "Formative assessment is happening in every single activity" you could say "Formative assessment is taking place in every activity"

And finally you could change "Formative assessment to give specific and complete grades" to "Formative assessment to provide specific and complex grades"
